PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Unless otherwise noted, orders are processed the following business day when humanly possible, excluding holidays. All pieces are MADE TO ORDER, which means, it can take 2-3 weeks for your special piece to be made. It’s well worth the wait, I promise! 

All merchandise is shipping from Los Angeles, CA. Shipping within the United States is FREE. 

I do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with any item in your order, I am happy to work with you on an exchange or credit, not a refund. Each item is made to order and is therefore not returnable for a refund. Exchanges and credits are accepted until 5 days after an item is received. I stand by the quality of my work and will repair any piece that is defective in workmanship or materials that is reported up to 5 days after an item is received. Sale or discounted items or custom, altered, or personalized items are not returnable or eligible for exchange.

If a ring doesn't fit due to incorrect size selection, I can resize it for you for a fee plus shipping costs.

In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, including tracking (required) to ensure your return arrives safely. The item must be sent back in its original packaging with receipt of purchase. Items returned or exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
